Happy Friday! Today we are so happy to introduce you to the winner of our
September Guest Designer draw - Linda Levoir!
Before we share Linda's gorrrrrrgeous card, here's a chance
to learn a little more about her and to check out her blog and other beautiful creations!
Hi, my name is Linda Levoir, I'm from the UK. I was born and bred in London and am a 'proper' Cockney, though I've lived in Yorkshire for about 5 years now. I've always had a love for arts and crafts and have tried my hand at many things over the years, but just over a year ago I discovered stamping and colouring and just like that I was hooked, not too long after that I started my blog http://stickywithglitter.blogspot.co.uk/ and things have just taken off from there. I feel amazingly lucky to have enjoyed the success I have so far. I like to colour in different mediums incluing Copics, Distress Inks and Inktense pencils and really enjoy trying out new things, even when they go horriby wrong! I love the whole range of Little Darlings Rubber Stamps, and Saturated Canary stamps were some of the first stamps that got me interested so it's very exciting for me to have this opportunity to showcase two of the new release stamps. Thank you so much Angie and Ann Marie for inviting me! :)
Today's card is made using Piper. Don't you just looooove all that gorgeous flowing hair, oh my thatwas so fun to colour. I've coloured this stamp using Distress Inks to match the Pion Design 'My Precious Daughter' papers that I used on this card, and paper pieced one part of her outfit with some patterned paper from the same collection. You can find all the colours used and details of all the products over on my blog http://stickywithglitter.blogspot.co.uk/
Linda chose to work with a rubber stamp by Saturated Canary, "Piper" which was just featured in our new launch of LDRS exclusive Saturated Canary stamps
"Beautiful Gorgeous" Collection.
These stamps are now offered at a new LOW price and they are
CONTOUR CUT AND CLING FOAM MOUNTED
so you can easily pop them on your acrylic block and stamp away!
You can find "Piper" HERE at the Little Darlings Rubber Stamps store!
