Seeds that Grow Into Dreams

Good Morning!  It is my pleasure to post a card for today's Little Darlings Rubber Stamps Inspiration blog.  Seems like my image, "Izzy's Stroll" is a popular one among my design teammates. She is so much fun to color, especially that big beautiful hat and basket of flowers!
It is always fun to see the different interpretations of the same image.

I colored my image with copic markers and polychromos pencils. She is mounted on Bazzill cardstock (pink and black layers) and the design paper is Prima's Optimist. I am a lover of black and these papers do not disappoint. While the background is dark, the papers feature such vibrant and beautiful pink/red flowers.

The sentiment is also from Little Darlings Warm Fuzzies "Garden" Sentiment stamp set.
Such a great sentiment set for this time of year especially! I can't wait to get back into my garden, too!

I embellished my image with Black Soot Distress Ink, Chalk and Shabby White Frantage. Last, I added pink velvet lace from The Ribbon Girl and two-tone pink and white roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Remember Little Darlings is having a fabulous giveaway of all their new Designer Dies. Click HERE to enter in our Inlinkz for a chance to win. Inlinkz will close at midnight tonight so good luck to all.

Great card! I love the dark colors. Would you please post the copic colors that you used? Thank you
