October Guest Designer -Keeley Ainsworth

Happy Monday! Today we are so happy to introduce you to the first winner of our
October Guest Designer draw - Keeley Ainsworth!

Before we share Keeley's gorrrrrrgeous card, here's a chance
to learn a little more about her and to check out her blog and other beautiful creations!

Hi everyone, my name is Keeley and I am from the UK.  I have two children, Elliot who is 9 years old and Millie-May who is four years old. I have the best job in the world...NONE!

I was a stay-at-home mum with my daughter but she has gone to full time school, so now I have all day and all night to craft, how lucky am I!

My main passion is cardmaking. I love to colour with Derwent Inktense pencils and match everything together. My style is Shabby Chic with handmade flowers and as many dies as I can fit on the card, you may have already noticed this!
I really hope everyone likes my cards and can take a little inspiration from each and every one of them. You can see more of my creations over on my blog... http://keeleyscards.blogspot.co.uk

Hugs, Keeley

Keeley chose to create with "Blackberry Penny"
which was just featured in our June 2014 "Summer Luvin" LDRS Collection.

These stamps are now offered at a new LOW price and they are
CONTOUR CUT AND CLING FOAM MOUNTED
so you can easily pop them on your acrylic block and stamp away!
You can find "Blackberry Penny" HERE at the Little Darlings Rubber Stamps store!

Now on to Keeley's inspiration card featuring her stunning handmade flowers ...

and another view...

For more details about all the fab papers, flowers and beautiful embellishments
found on this card, please visit Keeley's blog, HERE.

Keeley will be posting her second card in a few days, so be sure to look for her post!

Have a great day!

Presents All Around

Happy Thursday everyone!  It's Tammy Louise sharing a special little project I've made with a canvas and easel set I found in Hobby Lobby.   I wanted to make a gift that would set on either a little shelf or right next to a jewelry box on a little girls dresser!

I've colored Shop Till You Drop Candi Bean image before, but I like this second colored easel with the Derwent Inktense pencils better!  Shop Till You Drop was colored with Ranger Distress, but today's Penny's Presents colors pop a bit more!  The soft look of the Distress Ink is beautiful as well,   I guess it's all what each artist prefers!

The Candi Bean images have fabulous flowing hair to color, but those adorable faces with a great amount of room for the cheeks is my favorite part!  This image has an adorable little friend sharing his package with Penny and he is simply adorable as well.

I used some white ink to offset the hair piece and some glitter to bring a sparkle to the project too!  Great fun to color!  I sealed it with Krylon workable Fixative and placed the canvas on the easel!  Easy Peasy!  I hope you get inspired to work with canvas as these images work perfectly with it!
